🍝 Spaghetti Bolognese with Broccoli

Today’s lunch was a comforting plate of leftover spaghetti bolognese from yesterday — quick, delicious, and even better the next day. To make it a little fresher, I added some pak choi while reheating the sauce. It gave the dish a lovely bit of green crunch and extra nutrients.

On the side, I steamed some broccoli, which paired perfectly with the rich bolognese. Simple vegetables like broccoli make such a difference — they turn leftovers into a whole new, nourishing meal.

To drink, I had a glass of fresh orange juice, adding a bright, sunny note to the plate.

Sometimes the best meals are the ones that come together effortlessly — a mix of yesterday’s cooking, today’s vegetables, and a little creativity. 🌿
