Tomato & Avocado Toast with Egg
Ingredients (1–2 servings):
2 slices of bread
1 ripe avocado
1 tomato (sliced)
1 egg (boiled, fried, or poached – your choice)
Salt & pepper (and a drizzle of olive oil if you have)
Instructions:
Toast the bread if you want
Mash the avocado on top (or slice it).
Add tomato slices.
Cook the egg as you like (boiled, fried, or poached) and place it on top.
Season with salt, pepper, and optional olive oil drizzle.
